SGC(Flat tube) Reducing Machine

SGC(flat tube) roll reducing machine is a brand new model. This model is specially designed and manufactured for the structure and characteristics of flat tubes.

Machine structure and features:

1.Application: medium and large diameter heating  flat pipes of 45mm or less.

2. Machine characteristics: fuselage steel plate welding, roll assembly groove for steel plate welding, fuselage and roll assembly can be separated, to meet the needs of a variety of machine specifications.

3. Roller box structure: The whole line cutting of the roll box can ensure the precision of the machine.

4. Material of roller: Cr12Mov roller, high speed steel roller, tungsten carbide hard alloy roller.

5. The machine can be equipped with a cooling device according to the customer's requirements.

6. The rotating part of the machine is equipped with a protective cover to protect the safety of the operator.

7. Machine transmission can be divided into two kinds: equal speed and unequal speed. The speed can be adjusted by the customer according to the needs of the product.

8. The machine body is larger and heavier. It is suggested to produce heat pipes with diameter less than 45mm.

9. There are 4 models for this machine:SB-12 , SB-14, SB-16and SB-18(12 station and 18station). If the customer has other requirements, please contact customer service.
